PRESIDENTIAL APPROVAL - AT 9:36 A.M. ET:  Rasmussen reports that presidential approval is holding steady, but hasn't increased as a result of Mr. Obama's excellent European adventure.  Some 56% approve of the Obama performance, while 43% disapprove, pretty much where it's been.
